Atari Poetry IV is a cinematic poem based in an Atari cartridge, developed using binary codes and assembler language.

This piece is fourth in a series of works titled "Atari Poetry" and continues the exploration that I started in 1985, employing the Atari console to show new ways of writing/programming and exhibiting poetry.

Due to the important role of Atari on the advance of many technological concepts and devices, the use of the Atari transcends the meaning of nostalgia and retro, and turns into a powerful icon of the era that we have been living for the past 25 years.
